MixHue: Color Mixer ("the App") is provided by Logan CHOI ("we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MixHue: Color Mixer.
MixHue: Color Mixer does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
The App lets you create, mix, adjust, compare, and save colors on your device. The App does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal information on our own servers.
Color values, saved colors, and color combinations are processed as part of the App's features and may be stored locally on your device.
MixHue lets you pick colors from photos or camera captures.
Images selected from your device or captured with the camera are used only to extract colors on your device. We do not upload, store, sell, or share your photos or camera images on our own servers.
Camera captures may be saved temporarily in the App cache only to complete the color picking action. These temporary files may be removed by the operating system, when the App cache is cleared, when App data is cleared, or when the App is uninstalled.

These services may automatically collect or process certain data to provide ads, measure ad performance, analyze App usage, prevent fraud and abuse, improve security, and maintain service reliability.
Depending on your device, settings, region, and use of the App, this data may include:

The App may use the Android advertising ID through Google Mobile Ads SDK and Firebase Analytics.
The advertising ID may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings. Depending on your region and device settings, you may also be shown privacy choices or consent options related to advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share photos or camera images with our own servers.
However, third-party services used by the App, such as Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Firebase Analytics, may collect, process, or share data as described in their own policies and documentation. Color data, saved colors, and color combinations may remain on your device as App data. You can delete this data by clearing the App's data in your device settings or uninstalling the App.
Images selected from photos or captured with the camera are used for on-device color extraction. Camera captures may remain temporarily in the App cache and may be removed by the operating system, when the App cache is cleared, when App data is cleared, or when the App is uninstalled.
Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may retain data according to their own retention policies.
Because the App does not maintain user accounts and does not store personal information on our own servers, most App data can be deleted directly from your device by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.

Data processed by third-party services may be managed through the privacy controls and policies provided by those services.
We take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary collection of personal information and to use trusted third-party services.
Data transmitted by Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Firebase Analytics, or other Google services is handled according to Google's security practices. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
MixHue: Color Mixer is not designed for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
