This Privacy Policy explains what information Let’s Draw Lots: Random Picker (the “App”) stores and how it uses Google’s advertising and analytics services.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves the following information on your device so you can continue a draw and view previous results:

This information is used for the draw features and stays on your device. The App does not require an account or send these draw contents to the developer’s server. Android backup is disabled.

You can delete this information by clearing the App’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

The App uses your device’s motion sensor to detect shaking. These readings are used on your device and are not sent as usage analytics.

2. Advertising

The App displays Google banner and full-screen ads. Where required, Google provides a consent message and saves your privacy choices on your device.

Google’s advertising service may collect and share:

Google uses this information to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, keep its services secure, and meet legal requirements. The information collected depends on your region, privacy choices, device settings, and the ads shown.

Advertising partners may also process this information according to your applicable choices. When a consent message is shown, you can review the participating partners and their purposes in that message.

The App does not request access to your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone for its draw features.

For more information about Google’s practices, see:

3. Understanding how the App is used

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the App and understand advertising performance. Information is sent to Google, and the developer can view it in analytics reports.

Under the current data-sharing settings, Google may also use Analytics information to understand usage trends and improve its own products and services. Data excluded from personalized advertising is not used for that purpose.

This information includes:

The App does not send participant names, result text, draw-history contents, contact details, or its draw and paper IDs to Analytics. It does not create a user ID tied to an account. Advertising identifiers may be used according to your privacy choices and device settings. Google may estimate a general location from your network connection.

Collection starts paused and follows the choices explained below.

For more information, see Google Analytics data collection, Firebase privacy and security, and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Where consent is required, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google’s message provides Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options choices. A choice you have already made may be remembered.

In these regions, usage analytics follows your choice to allow storing or accessing information on your device. This choice can also affect advertising; the message does not have a separate switch just for this App’s analytics.

When Google confirms that this regional consent requirement does not apply, usage analytics is enabled by default unless a refusal is recorded. Collection stays paused if your region or choices cannot be confirmed.

When available, open Settings → Ad privacy choices to review or withdraw your choice. The menu wording follows your App language. Collection pauses while the privacy form is open and follows your updated choice after it closes.

You can use the draw features even if you decline analytics. The App does not later send its own usage events from periods when collection was off. Ads that are not personalized or have limited data use may still be shown after a refusal.

The App keeps Firebase’s personalized advertising features off. Advertising and analytics storage follow the applicable choices.

You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings, where supported.

5. Data retention and deletion

Draw information stays on your device until it is replaced during App use, you clear the App’s storage, or you uninstall the App.

The current Google Analytics settings keep individual activity records for 2 months and installation-related user records for 14 months. New activity restarts the user-record retention period. Summary reports may remain longer because these settings do not apply to most aggregated reports.

Google’s advertising data, and Analytics information used separately to improve Google’s own products and services, follow the relevant Google policies and settings. The Analytics retention periods above do not describe every use of information by Google. See Google Analytics data retention.

Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection under that choice. It does not automatically delete information Google has already received. Clearing App storage or uninstalling the App deletes local draw information, but does not itself delete previously transmitted analytics or advertising information.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop processing it. Send privacy questions and requests to the email address at the top of this policy. We may need information to locate the relevant records and confirm your request.

6. Security

Draw contents are kept in the App’s private storage on your device, with Android backup disabled. Information sent to Google’s advertising and analytics services is encrypted during transmission. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when the App or the way it handles information changes. The date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
